David Omoregie's two personal bests were amongst the highlights at yesterday's Cardiff Met indoor GP. After beating GB international Dwain Chambers in his heat of the open 60m in a personal best time of 6.71secs., David was just beaten by Dwain in the final. In the 60m hurdles, he was an easy winner, also in a personal best time of 7.66s.
Other good performances came from Curtis Mathews (a near pb long jump win with 6.90m), Alex Coomber (showing a welcome return to good form with a 800m win in 1:51.87), Lauren Evans (wins in the high jump and long jump) and Megan Hodgson (close to her pb in the pole vault).
