Particularly impressive was Ava Hutchinson who won the senior ladies' race.
Alex Hains (pictured) was third in the senior men's race.

He will be in the Cardiff club room between 8.30pm and 9.30pm for a get to know you session and all club coaches (and anyone else that is interested) are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
The second round of this season's Gwent Cross Country series takes place on Sunday next at Bath University.
After Cardiff's success in the first round held on 11th October in Bridgend, the club is looking for a repeat performance, or even an improvement.
More Cardiff athletes took part in the first round than for many years and another big turnout is expected.
