Well, it was cross country! The Welsh Championships were held in Singleton Park, Swansea yesterday and the weather lived up to its forecast. Although the early races were blessed with reasonable conditions (a tricky wind but fairly dry), heavy rain soon arrived and did not stop, making the course muddy and the conditions cold and very wet.

Despite the weather, Cardiff AAC athletes did well winning six individual and five team medals.
