Cardiff International Sports Campus is located about 2 miles west of Cardiff’s city centre, opposite Cardiff City Football Club’s stadium. It is served by regular bus route No. 95 (alight in Leckwith Road); alternatively route No. 1 (alight in Sloper Road).

By road, visitors should leave the M4 at junction 33, taking the A4232. Leave the A4232 (ignoring the exit to Welsh Museum of Life) at the second junction which is signposted to Cardiff Athletic Stadium. The stadium is adjacent to the exit junction and can be seen from the slip road. Cardiff AAC’s clubhouse is located on the first floor of the stadium, looking out over the track at the start of the 100m.
